How It Works
Choose the rooms and projects you’re planning, adjust square footage or linear footage where it applies, and the estimator calculates a ballpark range based on average material, labor, and project management costs across the East Valley. Full project packages cover everything from demo to final details. Ala Carte items let you price individual upgrades — select as many or as few as you need and mix them however you want.
For bathroom and kitchen packages, we’ve included approximate room sizes to help you choose the right fit — the pricing is built into each size range, so just pick the one closest to your room. Not sure of your square footage? Measure the length and width of the room in feet and multiply them together — for example, a room that’s 10 feet long and 8 feet wide is about 80 square feet. Don’t worry about being exact — the estimator is built for ballpark figures.
The slider bars are for LVP flooring, tile flooring, interior painting, exterior painting, baseboards, cabinet painting, and cabinet refacing. Flooring and painting sliders are priced per square foot based on the area you want covered. Enter your total floor area — not your walls. If your home is 1,500 square feet and you want flooring throughout, set the slider to 1,500. For baseboards, the slider uses linear feet — that’s the total length of wall where baseboards will be installed. A quick way to estimate is to measure the perimeter of each room and add them together. For cabinet painting or refacing, count up all the doors, drawer faces, and false fronts and use the slider to set your total. It takes less than two minutes to get your estimate.
