How far out are you booking projects?
We typically book 4–8 weeks out depending on the season and material lead times. Some projects can start sooner if we have a gap in the schedule or materials are already in stock.

How long does a bathroom remodel usually take?
Most standard bathrooms take 2–3 weeks. Larger master bathrooms with custom tile, curbless showers, or layout changes may take 4–6 weeks depending on materials and complexity.

What is the S.W.A.N. Plan?
Our S.W.A.N. Plan stands for Sleep Well At Night. It’s our premium waterproofing standard using Laticrete Hydro Ban, correct prep, and best-practice installation. It ensures long-term durability, leak prevention, and peace of mind.

Do you waterproof the entire shower or just the seams?
We waterproof the entire shower system — walls, niches, benches, corners, seams, and the shower pan — not just the joints. This is a major difference between a Mustache Approved shower and most basic installations.

Do you offer curbless walk-in showers?
Yes. Curbless walk-in showers are one of our specialties. We modify the floor structure, recess the shower pan if needed, and fully waterproof the area to achieve a barrier-free, modern look.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
Most East Valley bathroom remodels range from $18,000–$45,000+ depending on size, tile selection, layout changes, plumbing upgrades, cabinetry, and any custom features.

Do you help with design and material selection?
Yes. We offer full design guidance, material assistance, and a virtual showroom to help you select tile, fixtures, cabinetry, vanities, layouts, and finishes.

Do you provide permits if needed?
Yes. If a remodel requires permits—such as electrical work, new circuits, structural adjustments, or major plumbing—we handle the entire permitting process for you.

Do you offer design help for kitchens?
Yes. We provide full kitchen design guidance, virtual showroom support, material selections, layout planning, and Mustache Approved installers to bring everything together seamlessly.

Do you replace or reconfigure cabinets?
Yes. We offer full cabinet replacement, layout changes, island modifications, pantry builds, and Sollid Cabinetry installations. We also offer cabinet refacing if you’re not ready for a full replacement.

Do you handle countertops and backsplash installation?
Absolutely. We install quartz, quartzite, granite, butcher block, and solid-surface countertops. We also install full-height tile backsplashes or traditional 4–6 inch backsplash layouts.

Can you remove walls to open up the kitchen?
Yes — depending on the structure. We determine whether the wall is load-bearing and, if needed, install beams to safely open the kitchen into the living or dining room.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical upgrades in the kitchen?
Yes. We update plumbing lines, add new sink configurations, run new electrical circuits, install recessed lights, pendants, and under-cabinet lighting, and upgrade outlets to meet modern code.

Do you help with appliance installation?
Yes. We install dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, vent hoods, and cooktops. If new circuits, gas lines, or venting changes are required, we handle those too.

Do you offer kitchen cabinet refinishing or painting?
Yes. We professionally refinish and paint kitchen cabinets using a high-quality prep-and-spray process for a durable, factory-style finish. We can also repair doors, adjust hinges, and install new hardware for a fully refreshed look.
