Fireplace Reface

In the renovation of this fireplace, the original structure featured rough stucco and cinder block construction. We enhanced the appearance by building out the bottom and top of the hearth, incorporating 3D stacked stone. The stucco on top of the hearth was smoothed out, and we framed out the mantel, using wood plank tile to create a custom beam. To further customize the space, we drywalled over the stucco above the mantel, extending it up to the 15-ft tall ceilings. The addition of a 75" TV and sound bar completed the entertainment setup. In the rest of the room, we hand-stained the wood beams on the ceiling and painted the interior of the living room for a beautiful transformation.
