Full Master & Powder Bath

This project involved remodeling both the master bathroom and an adjoining guest powder bathroom. We adjusted the layout by removing the existing shower and relocating it to a different wall. An exterior window was removed, and the stucco was patched to match. We also built a new wet wall to separate the shower from the vanity area and added a floating Better Bench seat for functionality.

The shower was finished with large-format 12x24 marble-look porcelain tiles on the walls and a matching marble-look mosaic for the shower pan. The flooring throughout was updated with large-format wood plank tiles for a cohesive look. Recessed can lighting was added to brighten the bathroom.

In the bedroom, we scraped and retextured the popcorn ceiling, replaced the carpet with wood plank tile, and installed new baseboards. Both the bathroom and bedroom were repainted to give the spaces a fresh, updated feel. The result is a practical and refreshed design.
