How far out are you booking bathroom remodeling projects?

We typically book bathroom remodeling projects 4–8 weeks out, depending on the season, material lead times, and current workload. In some cases, projects can start sooner if materials are readily available or if there is an opening in our schedule.

Most standard bathroom remodels take approximately 3–4 weeks. Larger master bathrooms with custom tile, curbless showers, or layout changes typically take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity, inspections, and material selections.

What is the S.W.A.N. Plan?

Do you help with design and material selection?

Yes. We provide full design guidance and material assistance to help you make confident selections for your remodel.

This includes access to a virtual showroom and support choosing tile, fixtures, vanities, cabinetry, layouts, and finishes as part of our bathroom remodeling process.

Do you provide permits if needed?

Yes. If your bathroom remodel requires permits — such as electrical upgrades, new circuits, structural changes, or major plumbing modifications — we handle the entire permitting and inspection process for you.

What’s the difference between a master bathroom and small bathroom remodel?

Master bathroom remodeling projects are typically larger (80-150+ square feet), include dual vanities, separate showers and tubs, and take 5-7 weeks to complete. Costs range from $35,000-$85,000+.

Small bathroom remodeling covers guest bathrooms, hall bathrooms, and powder rooms — typically under 60 square feet with single vanities. These projects take 2-4 weeks and range from $15,000-$35,000.
